TAP Family: Sir2

<a target="_blank" class="awithout" href="http://pfam.xfam.org/family/PF02146">PFAM</a> (0): Sirtuins are a class of proteins that possess either mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase, or deacylase activity and have been implicated in a wide range of cellular processes, including transcription. The human Sirt7 is involved in rRNA transcription in the nucleolus.
