TAP Family: E2F/DP

de Jager et al (2001): E2F-DP transcription factors are key components of the cyclin D/retinoblastoma/E2F pathway, they regulate the expression of genes required for G1/S transition and S-phase progression.

This TAP family belongs to the Fork head / winged helix factors structural class of the Helix-turn-helix domains structural superclass, as defined in Plant-TFClass (Blanc-Mathieu et al. 2024)
